Been here for the intro class pack. The instructors are lovely and welcoming and the space has a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to attend more classes

Came here earlier this year and I'm surprised by how nice the atmosphere is. Definitely recommend to people who like simplistic and clean room set up. The instructors are lovely and easy to connect with. Looking forward to start again.

This is by far the best Pilates studio in Adelaide. The instructors are incredibly warm and knowledgeable, the studio is always immaculately clean, and the overall vibe is aesthetically unmatched. Every class feels effective, welcoming, and fun, couldn’t recommend it more

my favourite pilates studio. but it's also not just pilates they offer, there's yoga, gym and specialty pilates (strength, cardio, booty focused... essentially not just classical). owner Lauren and the rest of the instructors are friendly, kind and warm. there is a clear community in Studio Spring and everyone is part of it. on top of that, they are all extremely knowledgable, giving multiple options and layers for beginners, intermediates and advance clients. as an instructor, it's so important to be able to cue with words and not just show the movement to your clients and all instructors are able to do it very well. i look forward to start my day at studio spring everyday 🌼

I highly recommend Studio Spring. The Pilates classes are varied and challenging yet accessible for beginners. The small group gym classes are a really unique offering, and the closeness and quality of instruction is akin to personal training. Many instructors are allied health professionals or on a health study pathway, which gives an added layer of reassurance when dealing with injuries. Friendly welcoming community too.

I had a wonderful time at studio spring Goodwood! I really enjoyed all of the clear instructions and the support that the trainer offered. She was very aware of my abilities because she thoroughly checked beforehand. The demonstration and attention to those in her class was great! Thank you Kimberley!
