Edit: in my second month or nearing 3rd now, loving it so much, such a wonderful group of people 💜 Well I did the trial deal first and knew after my first class that Strong Hope Island was where I was staying! The owner and staff/trainers are awesome and the classes are great, well good pain lol (iykyk) Its doesnt get boring either.
I spent three weeks in Byron Bay on holiday, and discovering Strong Pilates was such a pleasant surprise. The combination of cycling or rowing with the reformer is absolutely fantastic! What stood out the most was the care, attention, and dedication I received in every session. The team made me feel right at home from day one. Thank you, Strong Pilates! Highly recommend! The studio is inviting, exceptionally clean and everyone is welcoming, kind and encouraging. The classes are always enjoyable and high energy. It is a great way to include cardio with reformer pilates!
