My wife Therese was introduced to Angela and Alana from a Facebook ad and signed up for a reformer class. The ladies were wonderful and welcoming. The open day they had introduced all the instructors who were friendly and very knowledgable. The studio has a great feel and vibe. Feeling was very community inclusive and a local focus. Really happy to recommend this studio.

I honestly couldn’t be happier that I decided to join inLife Wellness Penrith. From the moment I walked through the doors, everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. A huge thank you to Emily Watson for taking me through my introductory session. I was incredibly anxious and nervous about starting, but Emily made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and gave me the confidence to come back. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. As of today, I’ve already attended 9 classes in just over a week because I actually look forward to coming. The membership is also incredibly affordable, and after comparing multiple Pilates studios before signing up, I can confidently say the value for money and offers at inLife are unmatched. I also have to give the biggest shout-out to Kim Dowling. She has honestly become one of my biggest motivations to keep showing up. Not only is she an amazing instructor, but she’s also someone you can genuinely talk to. Whether you’re asking for help during class or just having a little yap about life before or after, she always takes the time to listen and make you feel welcome. We absolutely love an instructor who genuinely cares about her members! I also can’t forget Kelly, the owner, whose communication has been incredible. Any questions I’ve had through Instagram have always been answered so quickly, and it’s so reassuring knowing there’s always someone happy to help. Joining inLife Wellness Penrith has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. It’s given me a routine, improved my confidence, and honestly made my life feel so much more structured and complete. If you’re even slightly considering joining, take this as your sign. I couldn’t recommend them more highly ☺️

Absolutely love coming to inLife wellness. It has become my little self care routine. It's such a welcoming and homey studio. Nice and clean. I love the different class options and intensity levels. The instructors are really friendly, encouraging and really pushes you to reach your full glute potential. A Bonus is having fun challenges and some extra fun classes. Most importantly the changes I've seen in my overall well being, since coming has truly amazed me. From my breathing, to my form and core. Thank you to this amazing studio.
