I was absolutely delighted to attend today’s yoga class. Coach Yumei was incredibly patient, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire session. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I truly felt the depth of her professional expertise in every movement. She created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and fully immerse myself in the practice. I left the class feeling refreshed, balanced, and grateful. Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a professional and nurturing yoga experience!
